CYBERPOL The International Cyber Policing Organization was approved by Federal recommendation and Royal Decree no WL22/16.595 signed on the 2nd July 2015. CYBERPOL is headed by the President whom has all veto powers in accordance with the law of the DECREE WL 22/16.595. CYBERPOL investigates all Cyber related crimes and only functions during technical support to Law enforcement agencies.

A CYBERPOL RED NOTICE cyber crime alert also known as a "Crimson Alert" is a request to international and local law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending an investigation, an extradition, at will surrender, or similar legal action related to a cyber crime in terms of the Budapest Convention on Cyber Crimes.


Subjects are wanted by the requesting member organization, agency or country, and/ or international panel or tribunal. All member nation states apply their own national laws in deciding whether to arrest a person, however they have to adhere to the Budapest Convention on Cyber Crimes in accordance with the Treaty.

Legal Basis for Issuance


In accordance with the powers conferred by Royal Decree WL 22/16.595, duly approved by the Minister of Justice on 2 July 2015, CYBERPOL – the International Cybercrime Police Organization, hereby issues this Public Advisory Notice in relation to an ongoing cyber inquiry into alleged unlawful online activities.


This inquiry concerns targeted disinformation campaigns, potential online defamation, and related violations of applicable international cyber law, European Union directives, and national penal provisions. Read More Here on legal framework:
